Warrants

      I hereby certify that NATHANIEL DOBBS, ZEPHAMIAH FARREL,PETER THOMAS, and
JOHN SOUTHARD have been  returned to this Office as entitles to One Hundred acres
of land each, as Soldiers of the Vinginia Line in the Late War. and that Warrants
in their names hve been issued to FRANCIS BALDWIN of Wilkes County, Georgia as
attorney to the above named Soldiers
                                      Given under my hand and the seal
                                       of the War Office this thirty first day
                                       of August 1796
