Will of William Richardson Wilkes County Ga. 13 February 1806 In the name of God amen I William Richardson lived(?) of Wilkes County State of Georgia tho labouring under some Indisposition of Body yet being of free and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament revoking all others. Imprines(?) It is my Will that my Body should be buried in a decent Christianlike manner and all my just debts paid by my Executor & Executrix hereafter named Item it is my will that after my Debts be paid my Wife shall hold and enjoy the Land and plantation where on I now live with all its improvements and advantages whatsoever which appata cnuth (?) thereunto It is my Will and Desire that after the Death of my beloved Wife that my son William Richardson shall hold and enjoy all the property that shall then remain of every description both real and personal except my Negro Fellow Sam on condition that William Mills pays the value of said fellow to my son William my will is that the Fellow having a desire should be given upto his posession Item It is my will that my wife be Executrix my two sons John Richardson and Thomas Richardson to perform this my last will and testament.
