Will of Isham Richardson 08 March 1810 Wilkes Co. Ga. In the name of God amen I Isham Richardson of the State of Georgia and County of Wilkes being at this time of sound mind and memory do constitute this My last Will and Testament as folows. I lend to my Daughter Elizabeth BRANHAM the tract of land wheron I now live to do with as she may think best so long as she remains a Widow & whenever she marries or departs this life I give tha above mentioned land to Benjamin RICHARDSON son of my son Joel RICHARDSON decsd: and if the said Benjamin RICHARDSON should depart this life without any child then it is my will that Isham BRANHAM shall have the above mentioned land to have & to hold forever. I give to my daughter Elizabeth Branham one negro man by the name of Jack and I lend to My said Daughter Elizabeth BRANHAM so long as she lives the following negroes & their increase and at her death to be equally divided among her children to wit negroes David Pattie (?) Michael old Michael John Gabriel Jacob and Henry one Negro Woman by the name of Fanny & her two children Lidday and Milone I give to my daughter Elizabeth BRANHAM after paying all my debts my household and kitchen furniture and all my stock of every kind and all the moneys that may be due Me and I do herby appoint my daughter Elizabeth BRANHAM and Theodoreick MONTFORD my executrix and Executor to this my last will and testament in the writing whereof I have herunto set my hand and offices my seal this 8 day of March 1810.
