I, Martha Tuck of the County and State aforesaid this 10th day of September in the Year of Our Lord Eighteen Hundred and Fifty One do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following ver. Item 1st I will and desire that all my lawful debts be paid in a convenient time after my decease. Item 2nd To my brother Benjamin W. Tuck and sister Tabitha Tuck, I give my land and premises, Household and Kitchen furniture, Stock of all kinds to have and to hold forever. Item Lastly I nominate and ordain my brother Benjamin W. Tuck Executor of this my last Will and Testament. Hereby revoking and annulling all former Wills made by me and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In testimony of which I have hereunto set my hand, seal and signature the day and date above written. Martha F. Tuck (LS) Luke Turner Elijah Eckles Luke Turner Jr. State of Georgia Wilkes County In Chambers July 6th, 1852 personally appeared before me Ordinary of said County, Luke Turner and Elijah Eckles two of the subscribing witnesses to the within Will who being duly sworn deposeth and saith that they saw the Testatrix Martha F. Tuck sign the within Instrument as her last Will and Testament at the time of her so doing she was of sound and deposing mind and memory. That she signed the same voluntarily as far as they know or believe and that they signed the same as witnesses in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other together with Luke Turner Jr. Luke Turner Elijah Eckles Sworn to before me G.G.
