Wilkes County ) Agreeable to an order of the honorable Court of Ordinary 
of said County to us _____ to divide the negroes subject to distribution 
among the Legatees & distributers of John Walker Deceased made allot as 
assign in the following manner to wit. To William Q. Anderson in
right of his wife Sophia negroes Ephriam, Marsiah, Jor__, Verris & his 
chaney, Uannette & Vinah  Values at Sixteen hundred and sixty five 
Dollars $1665.00

To Robt Walker negroes Daniel, Penny, Abner, Flora & Child, Letty, Emily 
& Rosa Valued at fourteen hundred and twenty five dollars $1425.00

To Martha Walker negroes Joshua, Amy, Mike, Wenny & Child, Charles, Mary 
& Peter Valued at Sixteen hundred & seventy five Dollars

Given under Our hand this 8th day of January 1828
