Dominy his heirs and assigns a certain lot of land lying in the County of Wilkinson and State of Georgia known and distinguished in the plan of said County as part of lot number one hundred and eighty-eight lying and being in the Second District of said County containing one hundred and thirty-five acres more or less lying on the north west of the Dower on said lot it being the interest of the above named heirs of Frederick Dominy Sr. deceased. Together with all the privileges thereto in any wise appertaining - to have and to hold the above granted premises to the said Benjamin H. Dominy his heirs forever in fee simple - And the said Frederick Dominy, Elizabeth Dominy, Nancy J. Dominy, Elcy H. Dominy and James R. Bullue Guardian as aforesaid will & their heirs executors and administrators shall the said property to the said Benjamin H. Dominy his heirs executors and administrators forever warrant and defend against the lawful claims of all other persons whatever.
