Written: February 27, 1843

This indenture made 27th day of February 1843, between James R Lewis, 
Elizabeth Lewis, Thomas Lewis, Benjamin Lewis, Archibald Smith,Ephriam Lewis, 
and John Lewis, heirs of Estate of Richard Lewis, of the County of Wilkinson 
and State of Georgia, and the Central Railroad and Banking Company of Ga. for 
$550.00 for a track between Savannah and Macon. Of width and extent as follows-
-Beginning at Station #8190 on the line of said R.R. to Station and adjoining 
lands of Thomas W Holder and extending along the line of the said R.R. to 
Station # 8775, to land of John W Hicks, being a distance of 8,500 ft more or 
less and the width of 80 1/2 ft. on each side of the center of said R.R. and 
Banking Co. of Ga.
