25 Jan 1870...WM. WYNN, Jr. , Wilkinson Cty., GA, was deeding his household 
items, farming equipment, some animals, etc. to his children by his second 
wife.  Children: Queen Esther Wynn and Willis R. Wynn.  George W. Prescott was 
trustee for the two children.       (Deed Book B., page 374, Wilkinson Cty., 
GA)  
 
30 Dec. 1869...WM. WYNN, JR. deeded to his two youngest children (by second 
wife) Queen Esther Wynn and Willis R. Wynn LOT 300 " on which I LIVE...50 
acres bounded  on N by James Russell Thompson (son-in-law), bounded on S by 
Josiah Wynn (son), S by S. P. Thompson and W by Braswell Wynn, son.
    Also "my claim" on LOT 306, Southside of Goose Creek & Little Sandy (150 
acres).  (Deed Book B, p. 375, Wilkinson Cty., GA.)
 
25 Jan, 1870...WM. WYNN, Jr. deeded to his second wife, Letha Wynn, all 
property. the bed. mattress. bed stead & furniture of whatever description SHE 
HAD when we were married.  Also, $50.00 in money cards, spinning wheel & all 
the property that she had when we married.  (p. 378, Deed Book B, Wilkinson 
Cty, GA)
 
19 Apr, 1870....George W. Prescott, Trustee for Queen Esther Wynn and Willis 
R. Wynn (children by second wife,of Wm. Wynn, Jr. dec.) listed appraisal of 
property such as:150 A, of land, 25 hogs, 5 cattle, 1 lot farming equipment, l 
note on Rawls Dufore ???, l note on John G. Duncan, 1 lot of household 
furniture.  ( p.185, Estate Appraisal and Sale, 1869-1874, Wilkinson Cty., GA 
Annual Returns).
 
13 May, 1870....Estate Appraisal and SALE of property belonging to estate of 
Wm. Wynn, Jr., deceased.  (pp. 185-187,  1869-1874, Annual Returns, Wilkinson 
Cty., GA )   ("Items" were listed in detail.)
 
16 MAY, 1870... Sale of property of Wm. Wynn, Jr.  This shows each item and 
who bought it and the price paid for each item.  Those buying were mostly 
relatives and descendants.  (pp188-192, 1869-1974, Annual Returns, Wilkinson 
Cty., GA)
 
Dec 31, 1870...Appraisers for the property of Wm. Wynn were appointed:  ASHLEY 
WYNN, JOHN H. FREEMAN, ZENUS?? fORDHAM, G. W. PRESCOTT, AND F. M. FREEMAN for  
M. Wynn's property, Deceased.  Lots 298, 307, 2nd Land Dist for 400 acres 
@2.00 per acres.  (. 378, 1869-1874, Annual Returns, Wilkinson Cty, GA)
 
2 Jan, 1871...James R. Thompson, Administrator of Wm. Wynn, Jr's estate....400 
acres of land were sold to 
Braswell Wynn (son of Wm.) for $500.00...Lots 298 and 307.  ( p. 263, 1869-
1874 Annual Returns, Wilkinson Cty., GA)
