To All Whom It May Concern;
 Notice is hereby given to the public that Ball's Ferry, across the Oconee 
river, between Washington and Wilkinson counties, has been made and is hereby 
declared open and free to the public on the following conditions only: Persons 
in crossing do so at their own risk, so far as the two counties of Washington 
and Wilkinson are concerned, and that recourse for damages shall be had upon 
the bond of the ferryman, and them only whom he, individually, is liable.
 By order of Court of Ordinary of Washington county sitting for county purposes.
