Missouri Beall (1822-1883), daughter of Samuel Beall and Elizabeth Gilbert Beall of Irwinton, GA. In 1840, she married her cousin, Thomas Newton Beall (1820-1895) , son of William O. Beall and Nancy Chandler Beall of Carroll Co., Ga. Thomas and Missouri resided in Irwinton and owned the store there that originally belonged to Missouri's father, Samuel. Thomas and Missouri are buried in Irwinton. Missouri is shown in the picture with her daughter, Lillian (1861-1913), who married Frederick Hemming Bland of Washington Co. and lived in Cordele, Crisp Co., GA where she is buried. Additional Comments: I know the picture is in terrible condition but it was in a fire many long years ago! I would like to preserve it on the web as this is one of only a few that exists for that generation of Bealls. This comes from my collection of family photos and I am the owner.
