Bottom Row is John Lord and Daniel McCook
Top Row is Tom Lord and Paschal Othneil McCook

Please note I have no idea of when this picture was taken. Paschal was born in 
1855 (he looks to be in his mid thirties, I am guessing). Tom Lord was born in 
1858.
