Ja_torn out__ Recorded torn out Torn Out Additional Comments: Daniel Avery/Avera and Tobitha/Tabitha Cook were my G.G.G. Grandparents. They lived in Wilkinson, Lowndes & Clinch Co., Ga. They lastly lived in or near Hamilton Co., Fl. The license shows Daniel Avery and the marriage shows Daniel Kingery. Mr. Avery's grandfather was Daniel Kingery and he had an uncle named Daniel Kingery also. His grandfather had died before this marriage and his uncle was already married. This had to be a written mistake. Daniel Kingery, the uncle may have been there when the marriage occurred.
