To Any Judge Justice of the Inferior Court Justice of the Peace 
or Minister of the gospel  You are hereby authorized to Join Mr. 
Daniel Avery and Miss Tobyitha Cook in the holy estate of Matrimony
according to the constitution and laws of this State and for so doing 
this shall be your sufficient license given from under my hand and
seal this the 4th day of Nov. 1826.

Additional Comments:
Daniel Avery/Avera and Tobitha/Tabitha Cook were my G.G.G. Grandparents. They 
lived in Wilkinson, Lowndes & Clinch Co., Ga. They lastly lived in or near 
Hamilton Co., Fl.

The license shows Daniel Avery and the marriage shows Daniel Kingery. Mr. 
Avery's grandfather was Daniel Kingery and he had an uncle named Daniel 
Kingery also.
 
His grandfather had died before this marriage and his uncle was already 
married. This had to be a written mistake. Daniel Kingery, the uncle may have 
been there when the marriage occurred.
