Letters of Guardianship and Administration Page 84 Georgia Wilkinson County, By the Court of Ordinary of said county Whereas Wm. L. Flemister late of Arkansas deceased died intestate having wile he lived and at the time of his death divers [sic] real estate within the county aforesaid by means whereof the full disposition and power of granting the administration of the estate of the said deceased in said county and also auditing the accounts of the said administration and a final dismission from the same to the Court aforesaid does of right belong; the court desiring that the same may be well and ???ly administered converted and disposed does hereby grant unto A. O. Flemister administration full power by the reason? of these presents to administer the ??tin estate both real and personal of said deceased which to him in his lifetime and at the time of his death did belong, and to ask, demand sue for ___ and receive the same and to pay the debts in which the deceased stood bound, so far as this assets will extend, according to law, and then the ballance [sic] jointly to pay over to the legal heirs and distributes of the said deceased And the said A. O. Flemister having given bond and security and take the oath required by law and performed all other requisites necessary to his just qualification as administrator, by order of said Court and by virtue of these presents ordained ___ ted and appointed Administrator of the whole estate in said County both real and personal of said deceased.
