WILL OF ISRAEL J. FOUNTAIN

 

GEORGIA, WILKINSON COUNTY

 

I, Israel J. Fountain, of the said County and State, being
of Sound mind and memory, do make this my only and last will
and Testament.



ITEM 1. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Rebecca J.
Fountain, all of my property. Both real and personal, which
I may die seized of. Also money, notes and accounts, after
my just debts are paid.



ITEM 2. I hereby desire and direct that the property, etc.
bequeathed to my beloved wife, Rebecca Fountain, in item 1,
shall not be subject to any debt, contract by her previous
to my death.


ITEM 3. I hereby constitute my beloved wife, Rebecca F.
Fountain, Executrix of  this my last will and testament.
Feb. 22,1898.
