I, Frederic Dominey, Sr. of the State of Georgia, and the County of Wilkinson, being weak in body, but of presence and of perfect mind and memory and calling to mind that it is appointed for all men to die, I do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament. First of all, I recommend my soul into the hands of my Savior, an my body to the ground at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named and what is has pleased God to bestow upon me as to temporal things, I give and bequeath in the following manner. Item 1. To my beloved wie, Elizabeth, one negro wman by the name of Ford and her two children, Sal and Peter, to be hers until her natural death together with all my stock, my stock of cattle, sheep and hogs, that is hers; one yoke of oxen and cart, one good feather bed and furniture, and my sorrel mare, together with the increase of the same together with one spinning wheel and trunk, chest and bedstead and cord, which at the death of my wife I wish to be equally divided between my three sons, Andrew, Fredrick and Josiah. Then the heirs and assigns, also one feather bed, furniture, bed stead and cord, between them. Item 2.(?) The residue of my proprty, to-wit: my land and plantation and the stock that is in Lee County under the care of John Haman and the residue of the property that is here, I request to be sold, my debts to be paid and the balance equally divided among all of my heirs forever. Item 3. I leave my son, Frederick and John Dominey Executors of this my last will and testament.
