I, Mary Dominy, of the State and County (of Wilkinson), being of sound mind and in memory knowing that I shall shortly depart from this world, deem it right and proper for both as it respects my children and myself, that I should make a distribution of the property which I am possessed, I therefore make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others heretofore made by me. The rest of my property or interest in property, both real and personal, whatever and wherever it might be including the portion of my deceased husband's estate to which I am entitled, I give and bequeath to my youngest child, THOMAS JASPER DOMINY, for him and his benefit forever. And I desire and appoint my trust and worthy friend, James M. Howard guardian of the person and property of my said son, Thomas Jasper Dominy, after enough thereof to pay my just debts. Sixth.
