In the name of God, amen. I, Thomas J. ITEM 1. I desire, devise and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian-like manner suitable to m circumstances and conditions in life; my soul I trust will return to rest with God who gave it, as I hope for eternal salvation thru the merits and atonement of the blessed Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whose religion I hope I have trusted in 48 yrs. ITEM 2. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors hereinafter, appointed as I am unwilling my creditors whould be delayed in their rights, especially as there is no necessity for delay. I desire that Semanthia Jane (married Robert Knowles) and Lucy Jane (married W.W. Item 5. When the time comes for final division, give my beloved wife, Martha Eva Holliman, (second wife nee Harper) one year's support and #300.
