P. I JOHN L. JONES of State of Georgia and County of Wilkinson do make and ordain this my last will and testament in the manner and form following. I give and bequeath to my daughters Nancy and Sarah and Satha (?), one feather bed of furniture to each of them. Each bed weigh forty weight and ten dollard worth of kitchen furniture to each one of them and two cows and calves to each of them and one sow and pigs to each of them, and balance of my estate I give to my wife during her lifetime or widowhood and all my children that are single to live with their mother while living single free from any change and the small children to be schooled at the descretion of their mother or the Executor to the estate to be paid out of the net proceeds of the estate and after the death of my wife or marriage the whole of the estate to be equally divided between the heirs. I make this my last will and testament to 15 (?) slava(?) in lieu of others previously made. I do appoint my wife, LUCY JONES and my brother THOMAS JONES and WILLIAM RUTHERFORD Executors to this my last will and testament, this 24th Feb. 1830. James Hatcher JOHN L. JONES (H.S.)
