I, Joel Meador, being woak in body but sound in mind and-memory and knowing that it is appointd for all me once to die, I do therefore ordain this as my last will and testament, that it to say; First, my body I recommend to its mother dust to be buried in a decent Christian order. Second, as to my worldly estate which it has been plesing to God to bless me with, I give and bequeath in the following manner: I give and bequeath my land, horse and cows and calves and hogs and crop and working tools and househoId furniture-to boloved wlfe, Ellifair Meador, during her lifetime or widowhood and I if I should draw land in the present lottery, I want it equally divided between all my sons that I now have or may have, and my land which I now have to be equally divided between all my sons which I now have and may have at the marriage or death of my beloved wife, Ellifair Meador. and all the rest of m estate to be equaly divided amongst all of my heirs and I do hereby appoint and ordain my beloved wife, Ellifair Meador Administratix and Irwin Lambert, Aministrator to this my last will and testament.
