I Thomas Jones make this will and duly make this my last will and testament. (word?) First, I decree all my debts to be discharded or withstant this date of any part of my property except my executors and if ma? In which case they are auctioned so it is so much as I may be maping? In the named city during both for the ???? Second, my estate I hereby bequeath in equal parts to my beloved Rebecca and my only son JOSEPH THOMAS and should my ife bear no other child, she is said to have half and my children the other half of my estate in equal parts. Thirdly, I desire my estate to be held together under the management of my wife who is hereby authorized to support herself and family from the proceeds therewith without being required to make any returns to ??? or my Executors - but should a surplus remain in his hand after defraying the necessary expenses it is to become a part of my estate. Fourthly, my estate is to be helf together until my son JOSEPH THOMAS becomes of age until my wife shall again itinerary in which case his part of the estate is to be sold off and turned over to him. For the Executors of this my last will I hereby appoint my wife, REBECCA and my brother GABRIEL and my friend DR. FORD of Milledgeville. And it is my wish that each of my Executors shall be separately able for so much of my estate as may c? in so thru hand ? of my wife and Dr. Ford ?? And it is more over my wife that should be ? qualify as Executor to my will as an ? day he ? ? at any time during the numonity ? of my son qualify as Guardian to fulfill my intention in the education of my son and to educate and support him during his ? ? and such Guardianship my Estate should be hold.
