Went into selection of Clerk, Brother Slade was chosen The Church agreed to pay Wm Slade four dollars for keeping the House cleaned Agreed to call for supply for the present year which was laid over to December conference. Agreed that our meeting days be the 1st Sabbath and Saturday before each month. Agreed to raise a Church fund to pay the cleaning of the Church. Appointed a Committee viz William W Brown, William Slade, J J Slappy and John Goodman To see Brother McClelland and ask him to give the Church satisfaction for his nonattendance. Agreed to raise a standing fund to defray the expense of the Church and the Treasurer James Matthews is requested to keep a just account of all the money raised and paid over to Him and paid out.
