Deed Book N, pg. 413 Know all menby these presents: That W.F. Hixon, duly constituted administrator of the estate both real and personal, of William H. Payne, pate(late) of Worth county deceased, by virtue of an order of the Court of Ordinary, of Worth county granted, at the regular June term, 1905 of said Court (Notice of said application for said order having been previously published in terms of the law;) after advertising the same, for the sale in terms of the law, did on the first Tuesday in September, 1905, within the legal hours of sale, put up and expose, for sale at public outcry before the Courthouse door,at Sylvester, in the county of Worth, the real estate hereinafter described when the same was knocked off to G.A. Hill, of the county of Worth, being the highest and best bidder, at the price of Five hundred and twenty-three dollars. Now for and in consideration of the said sum of Five hundred and twenty-three dollars,cash in hand paid, by the said G.A.Hill, (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) the said W.F. Hixon, as administrator as aforesaid, have granted, bargained, sold, and by these presents grant, bargain, and sell, (so far as the office of Administrator authorized him), unto the said G.A. Hill, the following described real estate to wit: Lots 4 and 5 (Four and Five) in Block No. 134, in the City of Sylvester, Ga., the same being north of the cemetery and being one and a half acres more or less. To have and to hold, the same, together with all rights, members and apputenances, thereto belonging unto the said G.A. Hill, his heirs and assigns forever, in as full and ample a manner as the same was seized, possessed and enjoyed by the said William H. Payne, at the time of his death. In Witness Whereof, the said W.F. Hixon, as administrator as aforesaid, have hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal, this 7th day of September, 1905. Worth County Deed Book L, pg. 418 THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into the 22nd day of September,in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Five, between G.A. Hill, of the first part, and W.F. Hixon, of the other part, Witnesseth: That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred and Twenty Three Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, sold, and conveyed unto the said W.F. Hixon, his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in the County of Worth as follows: Lots (4 and 5) Four and Five in block No. 134 in the city of Sylvester, Ga., the same being north of the cemetery and being one and a half acres more or less, which said tract or parcel of land the said G.A.
