Hill of the County of Worth and State of Georgia, of the one part, and G.W. Howard, of the county of Worth and State of Georgia, of the other part, WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy Five Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, sold, conveyed unto the said G.W. Howard, his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Worth as follows: A one sixth undivided interest in the Mrs. Annida Hill home place, containing 5 acres, more or less, on lot of land No. 71 in the 16th district of Worth Co., Ga, bounded on the north by land of G.W. Howard, on the east by land of C.J. Champion, on the south by land of Miss henrietta Hill and Doles School land, on the west by Warwick and Sylvester public road, being my entire interest in said estate, which said tract or parcel of land the said J.S.Hill will well and truly warrant and defend from the claim of all persons whomsoever, unto the said G.W. Howard, his heirs and assigns, forever, in fee simple. In testimony whereof the said J.S. Hill hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written.
