STATE OF GEORGIA, WORTH COUNTY. This indenture made this 18th day of December, A.D. 1933, between J.C. Holamon of the County of Worth, State of Georgia, of the one part, and Agnes E. Handley of the county of Hamilton, state of Ohio of the second part; witnesseth: That for and in consideration of Five and no/100 dollars, to him in hand paid by the said Agnes E. Handley receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said J.C. Holamon party of the first part does hereby bargain, sell and convey, and doth forever Quit Claim unto the said party of the second part, the following described property, viz/ One fourth undivided interest in and to one half acre of land lying just east of the shop of James McGirt in the City of Sylvester,Worth Co., Georgia, and being land on which building used by Shell Lumber Company is now located and being a part of lot of land number three hundred and thirty three(333) in the 7th district of said County and State. To have and to hold unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever.
