Worth Deed Book 27, page 57. IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of $300.00 Three Hundred Dollars to be paid cash in full to J.A. Brooks, of the county of Worth and State of Ga., I do hereby sell and convey unto J.S. Hill of the county of Worth and State of Ga., his heirs and assigns, a tract or parcel of land which is described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the town of Shingler, County of Worth, State of Georgia, described as follows: A certain town lot in land lot No. four hundred and forty seven (447) in the 7th seventh (district) of Worth County, said lot fronting on Main Street twenty five feet (25) and extending back north one hundred (100) feet to the right of way of the Gulf Line Railroad, thence east twenty five feet (25), thence south one hundred (100) feet to Main Street, thence east (should have been west, I think)twenty five (25) feet along said Main Street, said lot being a parallelogram, being on west side of Sumner street, being No. 16 in block No. 10, as shown by map of Wilson survey. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said land and appurtenances, unto said J.S. Hill, his heirs, execu- tors, and administrators and assigns, in fee simple. I warrant the title to said land against the lawful claims of all persons. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal, this the first day of Sept., 1911.
