Deed Book "Y" pg. 516 GEORGIA, WORTH COUNTY. THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this, the 12th day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two, between W.H. McPhaul of the county of Worth, and State of Georgia, of the one part, and J.G. McPhaul, of the county of Worth, and the State of Georgia, of the other part, WITNESSETH, that the said W.H. McPhaul, for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred Dollars, to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and conveyunto the said John G. McPhaul, his heirs and assigns, all and singular, all of that lot or parcel of land known and described as follows: All of lot of land Number(52) fifty two in the seventh(7) district of Worth County, State of Georgia, said lot of land to contain(490) four hundred and ninety acres, more or less. The same to have and to hold unto the said J.G. McPhaul, his heirs and assigns, forever in fee simple. And the said W.H. McPhaul by these presents, binds himself, his heirs, and assigns, executors and administrators, to warrant and defend the titles of said lot of land to the said J.G. McPhaul his heirs and assigns, against himself and against the claims of all other persons whatsoever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said W.H.
