STATE OF GEORGIA, Worth County.
 
     This indenture, Made this 30th day of January in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred
and Forty Six, between Mollie Hill of the county of Worth and State of Georgia, of the first 
part, and Lena Haley of the county of Worth and State of Georgia, of the second part.
     Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
One dollar and the love and affection I have for her, she being my daughter Dollars in hand 
paid at and before the signing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, and convey unto the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, all that tract 
or parcel of land lying or being in the county of Worth, said State, Georgia:  One half undivided 
interest in ine quarter acre and being the west half of the east half of that certain one acre 
conveyed to Dock Shepard recorded in deed book 40, page 65, and being a part of lot of land 
#359 in the 7th district of Worth County, Georgia, said tract of land being described as follows:
Beginning at the north east corner of said one acre and run west 52 feet for a beginning point,
thence south 210 feet, thence run west 52 feet, thence run north 210 feet and to the Sylvester 
and Albany paved highway, thence run east 52 feet to the point of beginning.  Bounded on the 
east by land of Dock Shepard, on the south by land of J.D. Ayers, estate;  and on the west by
land of Gordon White, and on the north by the Sylvester and Albany paved highway.  The above 
being recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Worth Co., Georgia.  Also one 
half undivided interest in One Quarter of anacre of land being the east quarter of that certain one 
acre as conveyed to Dock Shepard in deed book 40, page 65 in the Office of the Clerk's Superior 
Court of Worth County and being a part of lot of land No. 359 in the 7th land district of said county.
Said tract of land being described as follows, to wit:  Beginning at the northeast corner of said one 
acre of land above mentioned on the south side of the Albany and Sylvester paved highway and 
running south 210 feet, thence west 52 feet, thence north 210 feet to the Albany and Sylvester 
paved highway, thence east 52 feet to the point of beginning.  Same being bounded on the north 
by the Albany and Sylvester highway, on the east by land of Wash Lumpkin, south by land of J.D.
Ayers estate, and on the west by lands of Mollie Hill.
     TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said bargained premises, together with all and singular the 
rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in anywise appertaining
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of Lena Haley the said party of the second part, 
her heirs, executors, and administrators and assigns in fee simple.
     And said party of the first part, her heirs, executors and administrators, the said bargained
premises unto the said party of the second part, her heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, against the said party of the first part, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
and all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend, by virtue
of these presents.
     In witness whereof, the said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand and affixed her
seal this day and year first above written.
