STATE OF GEORGIA, WORTH COUNTY THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into the 20th day of November, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Five, between Mrs. J.A. Kitchens, of the one part, and Preston Parker of the other part, WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, sold, and conveyed unto the said Preston Parker, his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Worth, as follows: Lots No. Ten(10), Eleven(11), Twelve(12), Thirteen(13), Fourteen(14), Fifteen(15), and Sixteen(16) as shown in plat of Minnie E.Gradners subdivision of five acres, the same purchased from John G. McPhaul as per deed recorded in book H page 709 Worth County, regards being a point of lot of land No. 336 of the 7th land district of Worth County, Georgia. Lot No. 10-63 ft. front. Lot No. 11-12-13-14 and 15-50 ft. front. Lot No.16-60 ft front. All being 215 ft deep. Outside measurement of the same being 373 ft East and West by 215 ft North and South, which said tract or parcel of land the said Mrs. J.A. Kitchens will well and truly warrant and defend from claim of all persons whomsoever, unto the said Preston Parker, heirs and assigns, forever, in fee simple. In testimony whereof the said Mrs. J.A.
