Carl Avery
	Carl Morgan Avery died February 7, 1998; He was 65.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Jean White Avery of Doles; two sons, Michael 
Carl Avery of Sylvester and Daniel Kevin Avery of Atlanta; one daughter, 
Deborah Jean Avery Mendez of Powder Springs; his mother, Laura Kate Walls Folds 
of Ashburn; sisters, Fannie Melissa Morris and Eva Lillian Scaggs, both of 
Florida and Jimmie Cleo Holley of Doles; half sisters Cora Belle Black and 
Georgia Lou Kendrick, both of Ashburn and six grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, February 9 at 2 p.m. at Antioch Baptist 
Church with Rev. Bruce Gordon and Rev. David Biggers officiating.
Banks Funeral Home in Sylvester was in charge of the arrangements
