Obituary Notice - Monday, Nov 15, 1993   Newspaper Linotypist

  Wesley C.. Pye, 93, of Orlando, Fla., died Friday in an Orlando Hospital 
following a lengthy illness.
  The funeral will be at 11 a. m. Tuesday at Hall and Hall Chapel with burial 
in Crown Hill Cemetery.  The Rev. Michael Lawson will officiate.
  A native of Sylvester, Mr. Pye had lived in Albany since 1965 before moving 
to Orlando a short time before his death.  He was a  retired linotype operator 
with the Asheville Citizen-Times newspaper and was a member of the Church of 
God.
  Survivors include two sons, James Pye of Orlando, Fla., and William Baker of 
Altamonte springs, Fla.; a daughter, Mary Cunningham of Altamonte Springs, 
Fla.; a brother, Walter Pye of Albany; a sister, Mary Butler, of Albany; 11 
grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
  Visitation will be from 7 p. m. to 9 p. m. today at Hall and Hall Funeral 
Home.
