Moultrie Observer  Nov. 19, 1951
P. F. THOMASON, 78, died Sunday night at his home on 21st Avenue following a 
lengthy illness of about 2 years which saw his condition growing continually 
worse.

	Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Union Baptist 
Church with Rev. Massey, assisted by Rev. Milton Dwelle, in charge.  Burial 
will be in Union cemetery.

	Mr. Thomason was born July 19, 1873, in Cornelia.  He died at 7:30 pm.

	Survivors include his wife; 3 sons, B. F. Thomason of Doerun, L. F. 
Thomason and Hightower Thomason of Moultrie; 2 daughters, Mrs. W. B. Brooks and 
Mrs. Olin Holt of Moultrie; 2 daughters, Mrs. W. B. Brooks and Mrs. Olin Holt, 
both of Moultrie; 2 brothers, F. H. Thomason of Thomaston and W. M. Thomason of 
Cornelia; 2 sisters, Mrs. Ida Warren and Miss Elite Thomason of Cornelia; 16 
grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
