Mrs. Christina Aguiar

 Services will be held at 2:20 this afternoon at the Cathedral of Our Lady of 
Peace for Mrs. Christina Aguiar, 560 South Hotel street, widow of Thomas 
(Thome') d'Aguiar, who died here last Monday morning. Friends may call after 9 
this morning at Borthwick's mortuary, from where the funeral cortege will 
leave at 2 o'clock for the Fort street church. Burial will take place in the 
Nuuanu cemetery.
 Mrs. Aguiar was born in Funchal, capital city of the island of Madeira, 
Portugal, was 80 years old and came to Hawaii over 60 years ago.
 Surviving are two sons, Joseph August Aguiar; two step-children, Mrs. Minnie 
Garcia, Oakland, Calif., and Manuel Aguiar, Kona, Hawaii, and four sisters, 
Mrs. Georgina Ferreira, Honolulu, Mrs. Mary L. Ferreira, Oakland, Calif., and 
Mrs. Alice Simao and Mrs. Adeline Gomes of Honolulu.
