 James Yun Fat Ai Jr., 50, of 5499 Opihi St., died Sunday in Straub Clinic.
 He was born in Moloaa, Kauai. He was graduated from the Kamehameha Schools 
and the University of Pennsylvania.
 He was associated with Raymond Aki in land and real estate development.
 Mr. Ai was one of the original members of the Kamehameha Alumni Glee Club, 
participating in the group's activities for many years. He was also a member 
of the Aloha Temple of the Masonic Lodge, Kauai Lodge Scottish Rites, Chang 
Wing Young Tong Society, Yong Wo Society and the American Legion, Waikiki Post 
35. 
 Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 to 10:15 am.m Thursday 
at the chapel of Borthwick Mortuary. Services will be at 9:45 a.m. Thursday at 
the chapel.
 Burial will follow in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
