Orr jessicanorr@gmail.com February 27, 2014, 9:07 pm The Honolulu Advertiser, Sunday, June 2, 1935 MRS. AU YIM SHEE, wife of Au Yok See, 1202 Pua lane, died on May 27 at her home. She was born in Canton, China, was 65 years old and had been in Hawaii the past 45 years. Surviving are the widower, two daughters, Mrs. William Chung Wong, and Mrs. Bertha Au Barros, wife of Manuel Silva Barros of Borthwick's mortuary, three sons, Au Bong Wo, Francis Au and Raymond Au, all connected with Contractor Ralph E. Woolley, and 16 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at Borthwick's mortuary, where the body has been on view since last night. Burial will take place in the Manoa Chinese cemetery. Additional Comments: Many chinese names have their last name first. The last name is Au.
