 Rosary will be recited tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. at Ordenstein's Mortuary for 
Mrs. Mary Benito Carvalho, 72, of 3264 Winam Ave., who died at her home 
Tuesday.
 Friends may call at the mortuary tomorrow from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 
7 to 10:45 a.m. A requiem high mass for the repose of her soul will be 
celebrated at 11:15 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church. Burial will be at the 
Diamond Head Cemetery.
 Mrs. Carvalho was born Jan. 20, 1885 in Kilauea, Kauai. She is survived by 
her husband, August C. Carvalho; five sons, John of California; William, 
Alfred, James and Harry; four daughters, Mrs. Emily Oliveria, Mrs. Alice 
Vierra, Mrs. Lucy Duarte and Mrs. Mary Neves; 23 grandchildren; 14 great-
grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Rose Joseph of California and other relatives.
