Honolulu Star Bulletin, Monday, September 21, 1936
Mrs. Rebecca Crus, 60, wife of John M. Cruz, died at 12:50 Sunday afternoon at 
Queen's hospital. The body will be at Borthwick mortuary at 7 tonight. Burial 
will take place in the Halawale cemetery at Pauoa valley at Tuesday afternoon. 
She is a native of Waialua, Oahu, and is survived by the widower and several 
children.
