 Mrs. Kura "Kurano" Kuba, 89, of 2354 Pauoa Road, died Sunday in a local 
hospital.
 Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. 
Cremation will follow.
 Mrs. Kuba was born in Yamaguchi, Japan.
 She is survived by two sons, George I. and James H., six dsaughters, Mrs. 
Edmund (Kay K.) Mock, Mrs. Wilfred (Gertrude) Minatoya, Rosemae K. Yamamura, 
Mrs. George (Janet M.) Yamasaki, Mrs. Raymond (Cynthia) Kuba and Mrs. Norimasa 
(Leatrice H.) Takushi; 25 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
