 John F. "Poi Belly" Neves Jr., 74, of 1111 Hoawa Lane, a retired Meadow Gold 
Dairies employe, died Thursday in Island Nursing Home.
 A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaiian Memorial 
Park Mortuary. Burial will follow in Hawaiian Memorial Park.
 Friends may call after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
 Mr. Neves was born in Honolulu.
 He is survived by his widow, Virginia; three sons, Ernest, Archie and 
Francis; three daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Correa, Mrs. Russian (Winona) Cabral and 
Mrs. John (Shirley) Daunie; two brothers, Alfred and Edward; two sisters, Mrs. 
Joseph (Lucy) Campos and Mrs. Charles (Vivian) Carvalho; 29 grandchildren and 
34 great-grandchildren.
