Guy M. Putnam

 Funeral services for Guy Moore Putnam, 56, of 87-1480 Akowai Road, Nanakuli,
will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Williams Mortuary.
 He died Saturday at U.S. Army Tripler General Hospital.
 Friends may call at the mortuary from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday and after 8 a.m.
Friday; burial with military honors will be in the National Memorial Cemetery of
the Pacific.
 Mr. Putnam was born in Shelby, North Carolina. He entered the Army in 1923 at
Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and retired in 1948 as a staff sergeant with the
9200 Technical Service Unit, Reassignment Center, Detachment A, Hawaii.
 He is survived by a son, Mandie Nicholas; daughter, Mrs. Norman M. (Mary L.)
Cravalho; stepdaughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Silva; brother, Foy b. Putnam, Sr. and
sister, Mrs. J. C. Morgan.
