Kanno Miss Sue Sumie Kinoshita became the bride of Ernest Masue Kanno in a ceremony at the Honpa Honwanji church April 3. The Rev. Kenjii Ohtomo performed the rites which united in marriage the daughter of Ichiji Kinoshita of 1706 Lima St., and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Yosuki Kanno of Ewa. Attired in a white satin gown, the bride wore a veil of chantilly lace and carried sprays of cattleya orchids. Attending the bridal pair were Mrs. Violet Monkawa and Shigeo Kimura. A reception followed at the YMBA and the couple are now living at 784 South King St. after a brief honeymoon in Hilo. The bride was graduated from Hilo high school. Mr. Kanno is a McKinley high school graduate and is now with Von Hamm Young Co.
