ALWINE JOTTMAN, LIHUE KAMAAINA, DIES AFTER A LONG ILLNESS Mrs. Alwine Jottman, kamaaina resident of Lihue, passed away at 9:00 o'clock last Saturday night after a lingering illness. She was sixty-two years old at the time of her death. Interment took place at the Lutheran cemetery in Lihue. Mrs. Jottman was born in Hanover, Germany, on September 28, 1871. She came to Kauai fifty-two years ago among the first group of German immigrants to Kauai. She is survived by six children: Mrs. Ole Lorensen of San Francisco; Mrs. Dora Decamp, George, August, Theodore and Anna of Lihue; three sisters, Mrs. J. Biela of Kohala, Mrs. F. Bartz of Honolulu, and Mrs. M. Bornhold of Honolulu; and two grandchildren.
