Small Child Drowns In Shallow Fish Pond

 Mr. and Mrs. T. Tamura of Kukuiula are mourning the death of their threelyear 
old son who was drwoned in a fish pond in the yard August 14.
 The mother, who had been working in the house, noticed the absence of her 
small son and made a search for him and found him floating in the shallow 
pond. The pond is only six or seven inches deep, but it is believed that the 
child was unable to get up after he had fallen into it. Funeral services were 
held the following day.
