The Garden Island, Lihue, Kauai, Tues., 1-25-1916
WIEBKE, GEORGE MARTIN LOUIS
LOUIS WIEBKE DEAD.  Louis Wiebke, for many years a road luna in the Lihue district,

died at his home in Niumalu last Thursday, aged 56, the funeral taking place Friday

afternoon. Interment was in the German cemetery, the services being conducted by
Rev. 
Kamaiopili of the Lihue Hawaiian church. Deceased had lived here most of his life, 
and his parents were kamaainas. He was a very quiet man but had many friends and 
acquaintances who will regret to learn of his demise. He left a widow and two
adopted 
children, but had no children of his own.
