The Garden Island, Tuesday, November 21, 1933
MARRY AT LIHUE

 Miss Sophie Motta, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Motta of Lihue, and Manuel 
Ignacio, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. Ignacio of Waimea, were married on November 
11, at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kapaia, with Father Celestine 
officiating.
 Matron of honor was Mrs. Mary Ventura, while Misses Margaret Rapoza and 
Madeline Ignacio were the bride's attendants. Bill Ventura was best man.
 A reception was held at the Lihue Parish House after the ceremony at which 
150 guests were present.
 The couple will make their home at Waimea where Ignacio is employed by the 
Waimea plantation mill.
