The following information is from the Iowa Genealogical Society, 
6000 Douglas, P.O. Box 7735, Des Moines, Iowa 50322

The Holy Bible, Containing the Old and New Testaments, was printed by
J. T. Buckingham for Thomas & Andrews, Boston, 1805.  An inscription on the
flyleaf reads "Hill Lyman's Book, March 14th, 1807."  A loose sheet reads 
"Presented to Lyman A. Hazeltine his Grand Father Lymans old Bible by his
mother Catharine Jennett Hazeltine at Richland Center December 25, 1892."
Lyman Alden Hazeltine lived at Orient, Adair Co., IA
