Dale K. Druschel
 Vinton--Dale K. Druschel, 82, of Vinton, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, at Virginia 
Gay Hospital, Vinton.
 He was born may 20, 1924, in Vinton, son of Henry J. and Emma Graham 
Druschel.  He married Darlene Steinberg Jan. 6, 1946, in Cedar Rapids.  She 
preceded him in death Aug. 4, 1970.
 Mr. Druschel worked in automotive sales in Vinton, retiring in 1986.  He was 
also a volunteer with the Vinton Ambulance Service for many years.
 Survived by: a son, Larry (Linda) of rural Vinton; a daughter, Sherri 
(Lowell) Henkle of rural Vinton; eight grandchildren; five great-
grandchildren; and a sister, Geraldine Shurtz of Cedar Rapids.
 Preceded in death by: a daughter, Teri Horak; a grandson; a brother, Harold; 
and a sister in infancy.
 Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Vinton Presbyterian Church, with burial in 
Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton.  Public visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the 
church.  Russell Funeral Home, Vinton, is in charge of arrangements.
 Memorial fund: has been established.
