Vinton Newspaper June 26, 1900
  Belle Plaine Union--John Skiffington, one of our fireman, was joined in 
marriage a few days ago to Miss Marguerite Donnelly at the Catholic Church 
near Keystone.  His many friends here will wish him much happiness through 
life.  Mr and Mrs Skiffinton have already started housekeeping in the Lahn 
property just vacated by Mr and Mrs Fred Weaver, who have gone to California.
