Waterloo Daily Courier, 12/17/1979
Irving, 84, died in Parkview Gardens Care Center in Waterloo.
He was born 6/14/1895 in Minnesota to John W. and Bessie Wright Butenhoff.
He married Edna Roberts 6/10/1925 in Waterloo.
He worked for the Illinois Central Railroad for 22 years.
Survivors include his wife and a brother, Jack of Des Moines.
Burial was in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery.
