Notice of Probate of Will, of Appointment of Executor
and Notice to Creditors, in the Iowa District Court
for Black Hawk County. In the Estate of Walter W. Mayer,
Deceased, Probate No. 42250
   To all persons insterested in the Estate of Walter W.
Mayer, Deceased who died on or about April 26, 1896:
   You are hereby notified that on the 7th day of May,
1986 the last will and testament of Walter W. Mayer,
deceased, bearing date of the 4th day of June, 1985, 
was admitted to probate in the above named court and 
that Thomas Mayer was appointed executor of the estate.
   Any action to set aside the will must be brought in
the district court of said county within four months
from the date of the second publication of this notice,
or thereafter be forever barred.
