Transcriber's Note: No newspaper or other publication was cited by compilers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ JOHN LIDDLE -- John Liddle was born in England in 1818. He came to this country in early life and was married to Louisa chambers of Wisconsin. To this union were born four children-William and Frank of this place and Mrs. Mary Williams of Oregon. The oldest child died in infancy. His wife preceded him in death a little more than a year. For twenty-five years he has been tenderly cared for by his son, William. Through his suffering he has shown fortitude and patience, only waiting and longing to see his companion. Death relived him Saturday evening, Feb. 9, 1907. [B]esides his children he leaves many friends to miss him. Funeral was held at the Horton church, Monday, Feb. 11, conducted by Rev. Hoover of Plainfield, assisted by Rev.
